OG Therapy Fitness was started in 2022 By Oliver Graham. 

​

Oliver has always been passionate about sport, he is currently the county champion in hammer, discus and shot put for the last 6 years. He has been competing for the last 3 years as a senior athlete for Shaftesbury and Barnet, a premier division club. Oliver is aiming for the British and European Championships over the next few years. His future goals are to compete on the international arena including Commonwealth, World and Olympic games.

Oliver’s passion for sport is the driver behind his sports massage therapy career as he fully understands first hand the impact of injuries & the everyday strain of training on the body. He enjoys teaching and helping others to achieve their potential and recover from life experiences that have affected their physical and mental health.
